Senior Manager - Strategic Finance & Business Performance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning

- Drive P&L, variance and business performance analysis

- Develop financial models, dashboards and management reports

- Partner with the CFO and business leaders on strategic decisions

- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

- CA / MBA Finance

- 6+ years of experience

- Strong experience in FP&A, financial modelling and forecasting

- Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to BI tools, automation and global business environments
