About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional for the position of Senior Manager - Statutory Audits with a reputed Top 10 CA Firm based in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for leading statutory audit engagements, managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring high-performing audit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage statutory audit assignments for domestic and multinational clients across various industries.

- Review and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure adherence to auditing standards, company law provisions, and internal quality control processes.

- Manage end-to-end audit execution including planning, risk assessment, team allocation, review, and closure.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor.

- Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders on audit observations, reporting, and compliance matters.

- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.

- Identify process improvements and implement best practices within audit engagements.

- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, auditing standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 8-10 years of relevant experience in statutory audits.

- Prior experience with reputed CA firms/Big 4/Top consulting firms preferred.

Strong knowledge of:

- Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

- Standards on Auditing (SA)

- Companies Act and regulatory compliance

- Financial reporting frameworks

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
