7. Project Implementation: Lead and oversee digitization project implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines and achieving desired ROI.

8. KPI Enhancement: Assess existing KPIs/reports and identify gaps, proposing changes to drive proactive mechanisms for business improvement.

9. Data Quality Initiatives: Initiate and drive data quality and enrichment projects to establish a strong analytics backbone.

10. Analytics-Driven Decisions: Deliver actionable insights to support leadership decision-making in areas such as supplier network optimization, capacity planning, cost reduction, resilient supply chain development, and financial impact analysis.

11. Platform Selection: Identify data platforms for analytics, assess vendors, and evaluate analytic platforms for transformation initiatives.
