Location - This role will be based out of Delhi-NCR, India.
- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Solutions Head at the Senior Manager level to lead
our solutioning and pre-sales efforts. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping our client-facing solutions, driving business growth, and guiding our go-to-market strategy.
- You will be accountable for designing winning proposals, leading client conversations, and
ensuring our solutions align with market needs across a portfolio of Cloud, Application Services, and Application Management engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end solutioning process for complex deals, including proposal development, client presentations, and deal negotiation.
- Serve as a key technical and business advisor to clients, understanding their challenges, and translating them into compelling solution architectures.
- Ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with client business objectives.
Team & Practice Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of solution architects and pre-sales specialists.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaborative innovation within the solutions team.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to define, package, and position new service offerings.
- Create compelling collateral, case studies, and presentations that showcase our capabilities and thought leadership.
- Conduct client visits to understand business needs and present solution proposals.
Operational Excellence:
- Standardize solutioning methodologies and processes to improve efficiency and proposal quality.
- Track key metrics related to deal conversion, solution accuracy, and pre-sales efficiency.
Core Focus Areas:
- Data & AI: Developing solutions that leverage data platforms, machine learning, and advanced analytics to create business value.
- Application Services: Solutioning for custom application development, maintenance, and enhancement.
- Management Services (MS): Defining comprehensive managed services and support models for complex application landscapes.
- Quality Engineering: Integrating quality assurance and testing strategies into solution design to ensure delivery excellence.
- This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven
track record in a client-facing solutions and pre-sales environment.
Required Competencies:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a top consulting or technology firm, with a strong focus on solutions and pre-sales.
- Proven expertise in designing and winning large-scale deals across Cloud, MS, and Application Services.
- In-depth knowledge of major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their service offerings.
- Successful track record of managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong global experience including North America and APAC.
