Senior Manager - Solution Architect - Data Center Infrastructure

Role Overview:

Responsible for designing end-to-end data center infrastructure solutions involving power, liquid cooling, air cooling, monitoring, and management systems. The role is customer-facing, supports the sales team, develops technical solutions for large enterprise and hyperscale customers, and helps win large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end Data Center Infrastructure Solutions covering power, cooling, monitoring, and management systems.

- Strong expertise in Liquid Cooling and Air Cooling solutions for data centers.

- Design and size Power Infrastructure (UPS, PDU, HT/LT Panels, Switchgear, Generators) and Cooling systems.

- Understand customer requirements and develop optimized technical solutions for Enterprise, Colocation, Hyperscale, and Edge Data Centers.

- Prepare technical deliverables including RFP/RFI responses, BOQs, solution designs, layouts, and technical proposals.

- Work closely with the Sales team to present solutions, support technical discussions, and help win large infrastructure projects.

- Act as a customer-facing technical consultant, engaging with large enterprise customers and key stakeholders.

- Experience handling large-value data center infrastructure projects from solution design to proposal stage.

- Strong pre-sales/solution architecture experience with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Project teams to deliver technically and commercially competitive solutions.
