Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Leadership:
- Oversee a portfolio of technical architecture projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
- Build and lead high-performing teams (30-50 members) focused on next-generation technologies (Cloud, Big Data, AI).
- Define end-to-end data architecture vision aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and strengthen strategic links across geographies and functions.
Delivery & Architecture:
- Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-scale data architecture and big data platforms.
- Ensure consistency and optimization through standardized data management frameworks.
- Drive development of solution architectures, POVs, and best practices across cloud and data engineering domains.
- Ensure governance, data security, and compliance across solutions.
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales:
- Lead client discussions and act as a trusted technology advisor.
- Handle RFP responses, GTM strategies, and support business generation initiatives.
- Convert and promote EY's value proposition at client organizations.
- Anticipate business and regulatory challenges and recommend innovative solutions.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Track emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to business needs.
- Enhance EY's data engineering capabilities through thought leadership and solution innovation.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen EY's position in big data and cloud domains.

- Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms and big data ecosystems.

- Strong experience in building scalable analytics applications.

- Proven capability in building and managing large technical teams.
- Strong delivery experience with complex, enterprise programs.
- Ability to drive execution while maintaining strategic oversight.
Required Qualifications:
- 14+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a technology leadership role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and operate independently.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
