Experience - 5 to 7 years MISSION : The Social Media Manager participates in the definition of the company's digital communication by developing its presence on social media and by linking it with other communication and marketing professions (brand management and content management). KEY EXPECTED RESULTS : Must-Have Skills: Agency + Brand exposure in marketing communication, ownership of strategy, cross-cultural exposure. For the social media manager: - Visibility of the brand, its services and products on social networks are ensured, and aligned with the group's strategic lines. - Social networks are animated with quality, consistent and relevant content. - Social Media strategy is formalized. Editorial planning, productions and projects are established and monitored. - Performance of actions, interactions and activations is objectified, measured and analyzed: traffic acquisition, audience responses, customer retention by segment. - Service providers are managed. - Budgets are planned and monitored For the social selling manager - Build and share a local Social Selling ambition & plan, - Ensure plan achievement & alert, - Recruit, animate and support Social Sellers, - Collaborate with leaders (Sales/Mkt/MSEM/Communication/Legal), - Track the performance
