Senior Manager - Search Engine Optimization

We're Hiring: Senior SEO Manager (Delhi)

We're looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager for a leading Digital Marketing Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals

- Conduct technical and content SEO audits to uncover growth opportunities

- Define KPIs and track performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio

- Lead client communications including strategy presentations and performance reporting

- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Oversee technical SEO including site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and schema implementation

Requirements:

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on SEO experience

- 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role

- Strong technical SEO expertise (site structure, CWV, structured data, JavaScript SEO)

- Experience with SEO tools such as GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush

- Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Agency experience managing multiple clients

- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with international SEO or eCommerce SEO
