Senior Manager - SAP SD

Function / Department : Information Technology

Basic Qualification :

B.E/Diploma Specialization in - Chemical /Mechanical/industrial / Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline with 10-15 years relevant experience. Thorough knowledge of SAP SD configuration. SAP SD certification is desirable.

Any Special Certifications or Knowledge and Skills required :

- Certification in SAP SD/ SAP S4 HANA Logistics

- Preferred Industry : manufacturing

Work Cadre :- MMC

Range of Compensation (Min - Max Per Year) - 2200000 - 2700000

Preferred Age Group : 35 - 50

Job Description : KRA (Min 5 Critical Area) :

- Be a system support team member supporting SAP SD functional area in respect of incidents and system changes related to SD and Logistics functional areas including master data, Sales & Shipping ,pricing , Billing , credit management,. GST/ASP requirements under SAP S4hana environment.

- Monitor/manage various SAP/Non-SAP digital initiatives relating to Sales & Distribution, logistics and supply chain involving manufacturing units and depots . Document issue solutions - test plans, functional design specs, training materials, etc.

- Prepare RCA and Impact analysis for repetitive issues and provide permanent fix. Undertake Development of various reports as per MIS requirement and also for improvising routinefunctionalities.

- Study and compare different software platforms through a techno commercial-study and suggest recommendations.

- Bring forth software solutions to business problems, pain points, finalize solutions, set narratives, lead projects. Support business in all new developments from system view point. Undertake Knowledge management (systems) and end user training. Play Key role in user adoption.

Competency Profile : List the Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes required for this position:

- Should have experience in manufacturing organization in SAP support team with end to end project implementation.

- Should have Experience in carrying out SD configurations to customize transactions relating to Quotation /Order to Cash cycle, GST, Sales Accounting, Delivery , Shipping , pricing and taxation , under S4hana environment is essential.

- Exposure in process of Export documentation and CRM functionalities are desirable. Exposure to customer experience products/portals desirable.

- Experience of working on enhancements(BADIs, BAPI, related to the SD module). Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into functional and technical specification documents
