Principal Duties And Responsibilities : - Assess Value Potential for transformation program and architect the value proposal - Project manage large, complex business Programmes to deliver digitally enabled solutions - Play key roles Functional Lead, Project Manager, Test Lead, Integration Lead, Data Lead - Utilize Process understanding (OTC, Credit, and Collections, etc.) and SAP experience to design, implement and deliver enhanced capabilities for utility Clients. - Drive Business Readiness and Deployment activities for the region(s) - Identify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks - Draw on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis - To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long term solutions - To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance - To bring industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Utility industry to deliver business value. - To work with leading Utility clients, major customers, and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges - Utilize Process understanding and SAP experience to design, implement and deliver enhanced capabilities for utility Clients. - Lead and support Rollouts and Deployments across the various regions. - Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies Experience Required : SAP Process experience : - SAP HANA and additionally SAP Sales &amp; Distribution, SAP IS-Utilities, CRM, Salesforce, etc. (any 2) Process Transformation : - Involves defining key performance indicators and associated work practices and collecting, managing and reporting monthly/quarterly on regional status. Value Architect : - Assess Value Potential of a transformation program and the ability to architect the value proposal - Very deep knowledge and experience in SAP System Integration projects Program Management : - Involves effectively planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders groups and execute on-time and on budget - Program management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex programs - Strong writing skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations, and thought leadership - Deep knowledge in the utility industry (Transmission and Distribution, Retail, etc.) - Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects are able to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis Change Management : Involves coaching and/or training personnel in the technical aspects of IACS Security People Management skills : supervision of Analysts and Consultants - Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead globally distributed teams
