Job Role:

- This is a Regional profile.

- Responsible for conducting online & offline trainings for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

- Should be willing to travel Pan-India to conduct trainings in case of requirement.

- Conduct trainings for MFD's, National Distributors, Banks, employees etc. across the country.

- Conduct Soft Skills, Behavioral, Business Development, Product trainings, Equity & Debt market trainings etc.

- Should be able to amplify reach through our YouTube channel.

- Should be able to conduct Training Need Analysis with distributors & sales teams across the country and come up with modules relevant to the industry and current times.

- Should be able to support in content creation.

- Base Location: Bengaluru

- Grade: M3/M4

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of exposure to mutual funds trainings is mandatory.

- At least 5-6 years of BFSI training experience required.

- Must be well-versed with Tamil, Malayalam & English. This is non-negotiable.

- Spoken language proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage.

- Must be well versed in training distributors as well as employees.

- NISM Mutual Funds V-A certification mandatory before joining.
