Key Deliverables:
Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.
- Increase the value of existing customers while actively attracting new clients.
- Identify, explore, and develop new markets to drive overall sales growth.
- Secure additional work within current engagements and adjacent client needs.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain a strong connect within the market for selling Protivitis services.
- Build and manage relationships with business teams, clients, and deal advisory professionals.
- Take a lead role in preparing new business proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
- Support business teams in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and expressions of interest.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify trends and customer needs; build a robust sales pipeline for short/medium/long-term targets.
- Develop strategies and positioning for new venture opportunities and integration initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Delegate tasks within the team to achieve strategic sales goals.
- Conduct complex analysis to uncover new market opportunities and insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDBM from a leading Indian or international educational institution.
- 7- 10 years of relevant experience in:
- Strategy consulting firms
- Corporate sales / business development
- Deal advisory or similar commercial roles
- Experience in solution and services sales with strong market relationships.
- Exposure to Internal Auditing or Financial Advisory services is a plus.
