We're looking for a dynamic SaaS Sales Manager with deep domain expertise in transportation and logistics software. The ideal candidate will drive B2B sales, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in transport/logistics software
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network in fleet management, logistics, or supply chain verticals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Willingness to travel across client locations in South India
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience selling route optimization, fleet tracking, or TMS platforms
- Exposure to startup or scale-up environments
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end sales cycle-from lead generation to closure-for transport SaaS products.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage logistics companies, fleet operators, and transport aggregators across South India.
- Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and position product features as ROI-driven solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy funnel using CRM tools; forecast accurately and report regularly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on transport tech trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory shifts.
