Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with extensive experience in real estate sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving residential real estate sales, managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and working closely with marketing to achieve business growth. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development :

- Lead and drive sales of residential real estate projects including apartments, villas, and plotted developments.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective deal closures.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and investors.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final closing and post-sales support.

Team Management & Training :

- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance and maximize conversions.

- Develop and implement sales training programs to improve selling skills and customer handling.

- Set clear targets, monitor individual/team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Lead Generation & Marketing Collaboration :

- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.

- Utilize digital platforms, offline campaigns, and broker networks to source high-quality leads.

- Track and improve lead-to-sale conversion ratios through process optimization.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

Key Requirements :


- 12+ years of sales experience with at least 7+ years in real estate sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the residential real estate sector.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and HNI clients in Chennai.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
