Main Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and user training.
- Configure CRM dashboards, reports, and workflows to support sales team goals.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across food service and retail sectors.
- Manage email campaigns and sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide strategic insights for growth.
- Plan, execute, and monitor retailer promotions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Align sales operations with marketing, track targets, and report performance to leadership.
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales or operations.
- Proven experience working with American clients.
- Strong proficiency in using HubSpot for lead generation and sales management.
- Excellent data analysis skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability to work during Central Time hours
