Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.
- Researching key contacts of architects, MEP consultants, and PMCs for Commercial Real Estate projects.
- Generating leads and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure).
- Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.) to build relationships with stakeholders and close deals.
- Creating client demos/presentations and quotes/proposals.
- Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM.
- A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets.
We are looking for someone who (you should have):
- Has experience working directly with facility managers, consultant architects, design & build HVAC consultants, lighting consultants, and PMCs and specifying our product solutions and getting necessary approvals.
- Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field environment.
- Has knowledge of the technical specifications, procurement process, decision-making criteria, processes used in the industry, etc.
- Team player with excellent oral & written communication presentation skills and must be able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
- Well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Good to have:
- Worked on B2B portals to generate leads.
- Education in a BBA/BCA/MBA engineering degree or equivalent.
