Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager Home Loan Sales to join our team in Noida.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for driving home loan sales, overseeing end-to-end loan servicing operations, managing a high-value portfolio, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership skills, deep financial knowledge, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of home loan sales, from sourcing and application to disbursement.

- Drive sales targets through customer acquisition strategies, channel partnerships, and referral networks.

- Oversee loan servicing operations including documentation, verification, credit checks, and disbursement.

- Manage and grow the home loan portfolio, ensuring high asset quality and minimal delinquency.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies related to lending and financial services.

- Work closely with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams to streamline loan processing and approvals.

- Conduct regular financial and portfolio analysis, identify trends, and implement corrective actions if needed.

- Train, mentor, and lead the sales team, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new products in the housing finance space.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proven track record in Home Loan Sales (secured loan segment is a must).

- Strong understanding of loan servicing, mortgage operations, and credit policies.

- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

- High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Hands-on knowledge of loan management systems (LMS) and MS Office tools.

Educational Qualifications:

- Preferred: Masters Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
