Job Title: Senior Manager Sales (CSD / Government Channels) Team Size: 10 direct reportees Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Sales to lead and drive business across the CSD, Canteen Stores, Police, and Government channels. The role will be responsible for managing a 250 Cr business portfolio, building strong institutional relationships, ensuring revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities - Lead sales strategy and execution for CSD, canteen, police, and government channels to achieve annual business targets. - Manage and grow a 250 Cr portfolio, ensuring consistent revenue delivery and profitability. - Build and nurture strong relationships with CSD headquarters, state police procurement offices, paramilitary forces, and other government institutions. - Drive listing, activation, and visibility initiatives to strengthen presence in the institutional channel. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals. - Monitor secondary and tertiary sales, ensuring smooth distribution and supply chain coordination. - Collaborate with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution. - Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional guidelines. Qualifications & Experience - 10 to 15 years of proven sales experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods, with strong exposure to CSD and government sales. - Demonstrated ability to handle large institutional accounts and deliver business outcomes. - Experience in team leadership (10+ members) with a track record of building high-performing teams. - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder handling skills.
