Summary of the position: - Responsible for Delivering and maximizing alcobev Sales, Distribution, Profitability, Product visibility & display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the territory level and parameters by the Company. Role and Responsibilities: - Achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year. - Provide Sales, Distribution and Display leadership in the specified market. - Responsible for driving the revenue for the territory. - Strengthen the width of distribution and manage the distributors /Depos/L1 warehouses productively. - Implement trade marketing initiatives in the territory. - Execute Display & Merchandising guidelines in the channel. - Ensure the sales team consists of the right calibre people who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently. - Achievement of Volume Target and ensuring profitability. - Demonstrate leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behaviour
