Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to serve as a high-impact individual contributor responsible for driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across the Delhi NCR region.
This role requires deep domain expertise in financial technology, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently lead key initiatives from conversation to execution. Ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver revenue and adoption targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer segments
- Own end-to-end execution of key initiatives as an individual contributor
- Build and manage partnerships with banks, Tech driven business, TSP, PSP, ISP FinTech ecosystem players
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership agreements
- Deliver on revenue, volume, and profitability targets for the region
- Track performance metrics and optimize funnels for better conversion and retention
- Drive network penetration in Delhi NCR Region
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strengthening Products and Services in Delhi NCR region
- Ensure smooth execution while maintaining relations with existing clients and driving referral addon business
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA with 10 years of FinTech sales experience.
- Experience with PA-PG will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
