Senior Manager - Sales - Chemical Product

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager International Sales to drive global business development and key account management for our Specialty Chemicals portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electronic chemicals, semiconductor chemicals, photoresist materials, coatings, and/or solar industry, with a proven track record of developing international markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Drive international sales and business development for specialty chemical products across global markets.

- Develop new customers and expand business with OEMs, distributors, and strategic accounts.

- Identify new business opportunities in electronic chemicals, semiconductor, photoresist, coating, and solar segments.

- Lead customer negotiations, pricing, commercial agreements, and contract closures.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers and channel partners.

- Collaborate with R&D, Technical Service, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.

- Represent the company at international exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events.
