About the role:
The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager for Semiconductor Distribution will be responsible for building and leading a sales, marketing, technical and support team in order to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This individual will be responsible for signing up new franchised lines and establishing regional offices across India. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a sale, marketing, technical, and support team across India
- Sign up new franchised lines and establish regional offices.
- Maintain a parts/customer database in an organized format.
- Achieve sales targets and goals in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Candidate requirements:
- Smart, sincere, and responsible, with excellent oral & written communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor trade and distribution industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, and Email.
- This role allows for flexibility in terms of working from home but also require for traveling as needed for meeting clients and partners for establishing new franchised lines and setting up regional offices.
