Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Manufacturing Spices

We have job opportunities with Leading Manufacturing Company (Spices Industry) for Business Manager Sales & Marketing -Spices, Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) Location.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Spices Industry / B2B

PURPOSE OF JOB

- Establish end to end accountability of the whole Spices value chain and custodian of the spices P&L.

- Guide functions to take up appropriate decisions in terms of procurement, manufacturing as well as marketing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Level:

- Establishing Systems , Processes & Efficiencies across multiple nodes of the value chain

- Manage cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems

- Management of supply chain procedures and inventory tracking

Customer Level:

- Engage with key customers and guide the marketing team to devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

- Customer Acquisition & Customer development for business

Finance Level:

- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

- Cost-benefit analysis, seeking to obtain the best price for materials and oversee production methods

- Pricing & Purchase decisions

People Level:

- Lead, motivate, and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution

- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

- Co-ordinate with other teams in New Variant Development and alignment of the same

- Communication of market insights with the team

Strategic Level:

- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

- Formulate Business Expansion Strategy - Capacity Planning

- Formulating Product portfolio expansion strategy

- Designing efficient infrastructure for business
