Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients (large corporates, mid-corporates, and growth-oriented businesses) for fundraising, restructuring, and advisory services.
- Investor Mapping: Research and establish connections with venture capital funds, private equity firms, HNIs, and institutional investors.
- Pitch Leadership: Lead the preparation and delivery of investment pitch decks, teasers, proposals, and client presentations.
- Market & Sector Research: Oversee industry research, competitor analysis, and financial benchmarking to support deal strategies.
- Client Engagement: Manage client relationships, participate in high-level meetings, and provide advisory support on ongoing mandates.
- Deal Support: Supervise tracking of deal pipelines, investor reports, and ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of investors, corporates, and strategic partners.
Who Should Apply?:
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Business Development.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work on financial models and complex data.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
