About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/managers.

- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure target achievement.

- Provide training, coaching, and professional development for the sales team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.

- Lead negotiations, close major deals, and manage long-term strategic accounts.

- Address client concerns and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research.

- Develop proposals, business pitches, and customized solutions for clients.

- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and brand awareness strategies

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and conversion rates.

- Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to senior leadership.

- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies

- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure accurate CRM updates, documentation, and follow-ups.

- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless execution
