Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

- The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

- Drive sales growth across assigned territories, product lines, or market segments.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

- Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Act as the escalation point for critical client concerns.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and transparency.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and improve customer satisfaction.

- Keep abreast of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments.

- Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams to support new product launches and positioning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) and sales analytics tools.
