Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.

- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to inform strategy and improve results.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

- Forecast sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for senior leadership.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven track record of 7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong background in B2B/B2C sales (tailor to your business type)


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
