About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals ensuring profitable business growth.
- Manage key accounts and handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of sales personnel to build a high-performing team.
- Establish and enforce sales processes, best practices, and CRM usage to optimize sales efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs
