Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.

This role demands strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and deep market knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

- Drive sales growth across assigned territories, product lines, or market segments.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

- Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Act as the escalation point for critical client concerns.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and transparency.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and improve customer satisfaction.

- Keep abreast of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments.

- Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams to support new product launches and positioning.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
