Senior Manager - Risk Policy - Housing Finance

Experinece: 3+ Years in risk policy

Preferred candidate : Exposure of working in housing finance company

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of risk decks for Risk Management Committee, Board, and senior management review

- Renew and monitor the Risk Appetite Statement, including monthly trigger tracking

- Update and maintain process notes, ensuring adherence to defined procedures

- Maintain the risk obligation register and provide monthly reporting for the risk function

- Support regulatory submissions through understanding of requirements and coordination with relevant teams

- Prepare policies and test programs; compile and analyze data to support policy changes

- Submit Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) periodically

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of risk-related activities

- Strong presentation skills and ability to work with large data sets using Excel and data analysis tools
