Role: Senior Manager - Risk Compliance and Investigations

Client is a leading Auto OEM having operations out of Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

The candidate will conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee misconduct, harassment, whistleblower complaints, fraud, and vendor/supplier-related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Investigations:

- Lead and support investigations into allegations of harassment, misconduct, fraud, and whistleblower complaints.

- Investigate concerns involving employees, vendors, suppliers, and third-party contractors suspect and liaise with local police, bureau, lawyers, and related government officials.

- Perform on-site investigations at office locations or external premises as required.

Evidence Collection and Analysis:

- Gather and analyse evidence including interviews, documents, emails, CCTV footage, and digital records.

- Conduct forensic reviews and root-cause analysis to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommended actions.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Collaborate with internal / External team, Compliance teams to ensure investigations align with company policies and legal standards.

- Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management and global compliance teams.

- Provide timely updates on critical issues to regional/global compliance stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience:

- Should have 10 - 15 Years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or fraud investigations with a leading Automotive / Manufacturing organisation only.

- Law Graduate or MBA Finance / Risk/ Compliance
