The Senior Manager - Rewards, Performance & Organization Effectiveness will play a pivotal role in shaping company's people strategy through robust compensation frameworks, performance enablement systems, and organizational design excellence. This role demands a balance of analytical depth, stakeholder influence, and design thinking to create scalable HR solutions that drive business growth while enhancing employee engagement and equity.

Role Overview:
Rewards & Compensation:
- Lead annual compensation cycles including budgeting, benchmarking, and variable pay design.
- Design differentiated rewards and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with Finance on manpower cost planning and headcount projections.
Performance Management:
- Manage the full performance cycle: goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Drive a performance culture through analytics, campaigns, and manager enablement.
- Use data to identify high-performing teams and address performance gaps.
Organization Effectiveness;
- Partner with leadership on org design, spans/layers, and workforce alignment.
- Build Power BI dashboards for workforce analytics and cost modeling.
- Lead org-wide projects to improve efficiency, scalability, and culture alignment.
