Role & Responsibilities
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Design and manage benefit and wellness initiatives, including insurance, retirement, and flexible benefits.
- Lead annual salary review cycles, benchmarking, and compensation adjustments.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits to monitor HR compliance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Investigate compliance incidents and ensure fair resolution.
- Review and update HR policies periodically to maintain relevance and alignment with legal requirements.
