Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manager Techstack who will own the design, implementation, and optimization of GTM technology strategy with an AI-first mindset. This role will serve as the architect and operator of our revenue technology ecosystem, ensuring scalability, automation, and intelligence across the Lead-to-Cash process.
You will drive adoption of AI-driven workflows, enable revenue teams with actionable intelligence, and continuously align our RevTech stack to business priorities. This role is pivotal in building the foundation for predictable revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
What will you be doing?:
Techstack Strategy & Architecture:
- Define and execute the long-term GTM tech strategy, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and AI-first adoption.
- Own the end-to-end revenue technology ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, CaptivateIQ, Operative/OMS, analytics tools, AI platforms).
- Partner with IT, Product, and Security teams to ensure compliance, governance, and cost efficiency.
AI-First Enablement:
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities into core GTM workflows (forecasting, lead scoring, deal insights, territory planning, churn prediction, incentive optimization).
- Evaluate and onboard GenAI and ML-based tools that improve sales productivity, marketing attribution, and revenue forecasting.
- Build automation and decisioning layers to eliminate manual effort and enable predictive, self-serve insights for GTM teams.
Business Partnership:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to translate GTM priorities into tech requirements.
- Serve as the RevTech advisor to senior leadership, influencing investment decisions with ROI-driven recommendations.
- Drive adoption through structured change management, ensuring tools deliver business impact (not just reporting).
Revenue Intelligence & Analytics:
- Partner with the Revenue Intelligence team to ensure data flows seamlessly across systems for accurate dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting.
- Enable end-to-end visibility from lead generation to bookings, renewal, and expansion.
- Ensure marketing and sales funnel tracking, event ROI, and incentive planning are supported by the techstack.
Governance & Optimization:
- Establish standards, documentation, and governance for tool usage, ensuring a unified source of truth.
- Monitor and optimize tool usage, adoption, and spend ensuring alignment with AOP.
- Continuously benchmark against best-in-class RevTech stacks in SaaS and AdTech.
What is expected of you?:
- Experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops / Business Systems, with at least 4+ years managing RevTech stack strategy.
- Proven track record of driving AI-led automation in GTM workflows.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem; strong exposure to HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, CaptivateIQ, Operative, or similar.
- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes in SaaS/AdTech, including pipeline management, forecasting, commissions, and customer lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate technology ROI and drive adoption across global teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies (predictive analytics, GenAI, workflow automation) is a must.
