Role Objective:

As Senior Manager - Reporting & Controls, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly MIS reporting, statutory and internal audits, and data support for the commercial finance team. You'll act as a bridge between operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting for decision-making and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting

- Own the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of monthly MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, cost centre reports, and variance analysis.

- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in monthly closing activities in collaboration with accounting and operations teams.

- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to support business insights.

2. Audit Management

- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing audit schedules, liaising with auditors, and ensuring timely closure.

- Ensure audit-readiness of books and compliance with IND-AS/IGAAP as applicable (manage any transition)

- Drive resolution of audit issues and implement control improvements.

3. Compliance & Controls

- Support the implementation and documentation of robust internal controls and SOPs.

- Quarterly Books closure as per applicable standards and procedures.

4. Process Improvement

- Identify automation opportunities in reporting and data consolidation to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.

- Work closely with tech and ERP teams to enhance system-based reporting.

Qualification:

1. 3-6 years of post-qualifications relevant experience

2. Strong command on reporting according to IND-AS framework

3. Excellence in Excel and ERP systems

4. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment

6. High attention to detail and deadline orientation
