Senior Manager - Relationship Management - Financial Institutions Group

Job Description:

- Acquisition of new NBFC and FIG clients.

- Manage and grow relationships with FIG sector clients.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with NBFCs, financial institutions, and co-lending partners.

- Drive co-lending partnerships and coordinate end-to-end operational activities.

- Manage partner onboarding, account management, and business coordination.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and partner agreements.

- Monitor portfolio performance, operational TATs, and partner-level MIS reporting.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.

- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and improve business performance.
