Senior Manager - Regulatory Reporting - Life Insurance Business

We have an Urgent Opening for the Position of Senior Manager - Regulatory Reporting in Leading Life Insurance Company.

Job Description:

- Fit for consolidation financials for group reporting (IND AS complied).

- Coordinating with Holding Company team for queries, data requirement etc.

- Managing regulatory reporting to IRDAI ex. BAP submission, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, New business certificate, BAP operational, any other adhoc requirement from IRDAI etc.

- Handling quarterly Statutory audit by joint statutory auditors

- Ensuring ICF framework update all the time with respect to process and system changes.

- Company having listed debentures.

- Person need to ensure timely SEBI compliances wrt to listed debentures.

- Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget

- Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery
