ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a leading consumer brand, recognized for its operational excellence and customer first approach responsible to lead the end-to-end HR mandate for the North region, overseeing a large-scale workforce across 500+ stores. Partner closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and capability building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to regional and zonal leadership, translating business priorities into effective people strategies across 500+ retail stores.

- Own the Regional HR mandate end-to-end, covering manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning at scale.

- Drive employee engagement, culture, and capability building initiatives tailored to the unique needs of a large, geographically dispersed retail workforce.

- Lead employee relations and statutory compliance for the region, ensuring consistent HR governance and risk mitigation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- MBA from Tier 1 school with atleast 5 years of experience in HR.

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP and Regional HR roles.

- Strong background in large-scale retail environments, managing high-volume, geographically dispersed workforces.

- Proven experience across the full HR lifecycle, manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, ER, and compliance.

- Ability to partner with senior business leaders, drive people strategy, and manage complexity in a consumer organization.
