Role & Responsibilities

- Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently

- Plan & execute the client deliverables.

- Deliver on your recruitment targets and meet overall quality parameters.

- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
