Job Description:
Talent Acquisition (70%):
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level positions across corporate functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
Regional Support:
- Ensure alignment of recruitment practices across regions for the assigned role / team.
Market Intelligence:
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market dynamics affecting talent acquisition.
Extensive past exp of Campus hiring as well
HR Business Partnering (30%):
- Work closely with business leaders to foster a positive work environment and culture.
Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Employee Relations:
- Collaborate with management to address performance and behavioral issues.
- Proven track record in closing mid to senior-level positions.
- Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Years of Experience 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
