Role Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to take on a dual role that combines senior-level recruitment responsibilities with HR business partnering. This individual will lead a small team within the Corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) function, focusing on mid to senior-level hiring, while also supporting regional HR teams in filling Microfinance Institution (MFI) positions. Additionally, the role encompasses HRBP responsibilities, including driving engagement initiatives and implementing new HR programs (R&R).


Job Description:


Talent Acquisition (70%):


Leadership & Strategy:


- Lead and mentor a team of two recruiters within the Corporate TA function.


- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level positions across corporate functions.


- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.


Regional Support:


- Assist regional HR teams in sourcing and hiring for MFI positions, providing guidance and support as needed.


- Ensure alignment of recruitment practices across regions for the assigned role / team.


Market Intelligence:


- Leverage industry connections to gather and share market insights, including talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor analysis.


- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market dynamics affecting talent acquisition.

HR Business Partnering (30%):


Engagement & Culture:


- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition and rewards programs.


- Work closely with business leaders to foster a positive work environment and culture.


Policy Implementation:


- Communicate and enforce HR policies and programs within the corporate functions.


- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.


Employee Relations:


- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.


- Collaborate with management to address performance and behavioral issues.


- Proven track record in closing mid to senior-level positions.


- Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is advantageous.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.


- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.


Years of Experience 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
