Senior Manager - Record To Report Operations - CA

Location - Mumbai/Remote.

CTC 30 LPA.

- CA Mandatory.

- EU or any other similar region experiences mandatory.

- Team handling experiences Mandatory.

- Manager - Operations (R2R) Experience: 8-10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Month, quarter & year- end close (fixed assets, reconciliations, schedules, translations, equity entries).

- Consolidation of financial statements & IFRS translation.

- Preparation of consolidated reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, equity, notes).

- Audit support & ERP data extracts for auditors.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS adjustments and reporting standards.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of R2R experience.

- Mandatory: Close activities, consolidation, IFRS translation.

- Preferred: EU region exposure.

- Strong ERP & MS Office skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Reconciliations

- Fixed Assets & Depreciation.

- GL Accounting Maintenance.

- Intercompany Reconciliations.

- Month-End Closing and Financials.

- Consolidation and Close Activities.

- AP, AR & Payroll (R2R Perspective).
