Role Overview:
- The Senior Manager Real Estate Partnership role is pivotal in expanding our network of real estate developer partners in Bangalore and Hyderabad. This role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading real estate companies, understanding their business needs, and positioning our platform as the ideal solution.
- The Senior Manager collaborates closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success and drive revenue growth. This role directly impacts the company's market share and revenue by onboarding and enabling strategic real estate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new real estate developer partners in Bangalore and Hyderabad, expanding our platform's reach and inventory.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans tailored to each developer's specific needs, maximizing their ROI and platform adoption.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing developer partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with our platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to create joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, driving lead generation and conversions for partners.
- Provide training and support to developer partners on how to effectively use our platform, ensuring they maximize its benefits.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities for partnership and innovation.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, particularly in the real estate or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address partner needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
