Senior Manager - Real Estate Investment & Consultancy Services

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Market Assessment and Feasibility Studies for development projects including integrated townships, hotels, shopping malls, residential and commercial developments.

- Location/ Entry Strategies for some of the most prominent Indian and Foreign corporate houses with regard to their business operations, objectives, future business projections, manpower requirement etc.

- Valuation Services to establish the market value across all real estate classes and wide range of locations in India for purposes ranging from take-overs, joint ventures, debt funding, location/relocation strategy, etc.

- Investment Analysis & Transaction for project funding

- Research Services to publish periodic market reports and topical whitepapers, performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research

- Data mining : Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and on site collection of data relating to client assets

- Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications

- Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner

- Candidate must possess good analytical skills and presentation skills

- Network within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualify leads using industry news and publications and also maintain existing client relationship

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

- B.Arch./B. Plan/BE + MBA/M. Planning

- Property Appraisal and Evaluation skills

- Good Interpersonal & Communication skills

- Analytical skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, leases etc

- Research skills to identify and locate documents and information relating to property, markets and trends.
