Senior Manager - Real Estate Expansion/Highstreet Acquisition

Highstreet Expansion Strategy:

- Drive the rollout across prime Highstreet locations - including luxury clusters, heritage zones, and high footfall retail corridors.

Site Identification & Evaluation:

- Identify and evaluate new opportunities on key highstreets in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, ensuring strategic brand alignment and ROI.

Market & Feasibility Analysis:

- Conduct detailed location analysis, benchmarking, and competitive assessments to support investment decisions.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and local authorities for space acquisition and compliance.

Negotiation & Closure:

- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize lease/rent/fit-out agreements ensuring favourable and sustainable terms.

Project Coordination:

- Liaise with design, projects, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of new stores in line with brand standards.

Performance Tracking:

- Maintain a comprehensive real estate pipeline, track progress against KPIs, and report updates to senior management
