Job role: Senior Manager - RCM Operations

- This role is for a client-centric leader who excels at building relationships and driving daily operational excellence.
- Client Partnership: Act as the primary strategic contact for US clients, building trusted partnerships with Physicians and their offices to ensure exceptional satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and interpret operational KPIs to drive data-backed process improvements across the entire RCM lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (AR, Credentialing, etc.), facilitating seamless communication and project execution.
- Process Champion: Lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and resolve complex operational challenges.
Who We Are Looking For:
For the Director Role:
- 7-10 years in US RCM, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, AVP) overseeing large-scale operations.
- Deep expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and driving technology-led transformations.
- A proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading large, high-performance teams.
For the Senior Manager Role:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in US RCM, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct client-facing experience, communicating effectively with US Physicians and their staff.
- Proven ability as a project manager and data-driven analyst to improve operational metrics.
Roles Require:
- Deep, end-to-end knowledge of the US RCM lifecycle (Coding, Billing, A/R, Denials, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
