Hiring: Senior Manager - R&D (Liquid Products)

We are looking for an experienced Senior R&D Professional to lead Product Development and Technology initiatives at our R&D Centre in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead New Product Development (NPD) and Product Re-engineering initiatives.

- Drive product innovation, scale-up, troubleshooting and process optimisation.

- Develop R&D strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with business requirements.

- Lead and mentor a team of Managers, Engineers and Chemists.

- Collaborate with Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Technical Services teams.

- Drive cost optimisation, alternate material development and vendor collaboration.

Experience: Minimum 18 Years

Qualification: PhD / Master's (M.Tech / ME / MSc) in Polymer Science, Materials Science or Chemistry.

Mandatory Industry Background: Candidates must have relevant experience in Adhesives, Building & Construction Materials, Paints or Coatings.
