Senior Purchase Manager Interiors
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)

Our client is a well-established and design-driven interiors brand, recognized for its premium projects and attention to detail. With rapid growth in Bangalores interiors market, they are now looking to strengthen their leadership team with a Senior Purchase Manager who can bring scale, efficiency, and compliance to procurement operations.
About the Role:
This is a senior role that requires not just handling procurement but also driving strategic vendor management and building scalable processes. The Senior Purchase Manager will play a critical part in creating visibility across purchases, streamlining vendor payments, and enabling the finance and leadership teams with structured operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Build and manage strong vendor networks (with a focus on furniture and interiors suppliers).
- Lead vendor onboarding compliance, ensuring clarity on contracts, payment terms, credit periods, and tax requirements.
- Verify and approve invoices, minimizing ad-hoc payments and ensuring smooth coordination with finance.
- Track and monitor purchases against POs for accurate reporting and accountability.
- Manage and mentor a team, while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Drive cost efficiencies through effective negotiations and process improvements.
What Were Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in interiors, construction, or related industries.
- Proven experience in building and scaling procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and compliance knowledge.
- Leadership ability to mentor a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with a structured and process-oriented mindset.
