Senior Manager - Public Health, Government & Institutional Sales (Mass Screening & Engagements)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Role Overview
You will lead institutional sales efforts to secure large-scale screening projects, government tenders, and strategic partnerships with hospitals, labs, and public health programs. The role requires proven success in managing complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering revenue growth while operating within approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and win large institutional contracts for screening and diagnostic services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic chains, NGOs, and public health bodies.
- Lead tender bidding processes from pre-qualification to final negotiation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of institutional opportunities aligned with growth targets and budget parameters.
- Represent MedInno at industry forums, conferences, and government meetings.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry (MBA preferred).
- 12 - 15 years of sales experience in IVD / Molecular Diagnostics, with proven institutional sales success.
- Experience in mass screening programs, public health projects, and tender processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and strategic selling skills.
