Job Summary.

- JSW is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - PMO (Wind) to lead and coordinate end-to-end project management activities for large-scale wind energy projects.

- The role demands strong expertise in project planning, cross-functional coordination, and financial oversight, with a critical focus on EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Monitoring Develop project charters, schedules, and progress reports; track milestones and actuals against plan.

- Budgeting & Financial Control Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow projections, and board approval documentation (e-NFA).

- OEM & Vendor Coordination Support project teams in managing OEMs, ABGs/PBGs/LCs, and procurement processes (PR/PO follow-ups).

- Cross-Functional Leadership Align engineering, legal, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution and compliance.

- Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with SECI, CTU, lenders, and customers; manage queries and ensure transparent communication.

- Risk & Compliance Prepare risk mitigation plans, manage insurance coverage, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

- Reporting & Governance Drive weekly/monthly review meetings (STEERCO, EAC), and prepare MIS reports for board presentations.

- CSR & Community Integration Oversee CSR initiatives and conduct social mapping to align project goals with community needs.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, with strong exposure to EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience in handling board-level reporting and financial planning.
