Senior Manager - Project Finance

About the role:

Assisting in fund raising; refinancing of term loans and regular monitoring of Project Finance & Treasury related activity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Basic understanding of Accounting and Financing Aspects

2. Comfortable with MS-Office

3. Basing understanding of Lending Nuances like project cost; means of finance; ratios; compliances; disbursement requirement; security creation etc.

4. Should have good comprehending skills

Day to Day Activities as follows:

1. MIS for debt o/s of all the companies

2. Interest Payment and calculation

3. Co-ordinating and complying Regular Compliances related to Lenders, rating agencies, internal requirement

4. Preparation of Information Memorandum for Lenders and changes in Financial Model

5. Compliance of disbursement requirement and security creation via coordination with various functions like secretarial, accounting, technical etc.

6. Treasury related activities

Future Prospects: Candidate would be involved in the following Activities in future

1. Term Sheet Negotiation with Lenders

2. Negotiation of Financing Documents

3. Making Financial Models and structuring transactions on own

4. Strategy for Fund raising

Work Experience:

- Project Finance/Corporate Finance/Compliance and Treasury

Qualification:

- CA or MBA- Finance

Skills & Attributes:

1. Good Communication Skill and ability to understand lender requirement, communicate the same

to other internal team for effective resolution and vice- versa

2. Should understand Cause and Effect

3. Preferred Industry - Infrastructure /Energy/Roads
